Justice is very important to God. It is His gospel as is love, faith and truth. Justice is not an add on to ministry. It is ministry.
Since the shooting death of #ahmaudAbery, several others have died in a similar manner. #Breonnataylor was killed in her own home in the middle of the night. Police officers had the wrong house. #DouglasCLewis after a fender bender. God created man-kind in his likeness, man-kind created standards for who should be considered human. God cares about the unjust slaughter of his image-bearers. #riseupchurch#demandjustice
It shouldn’t take the death of another human being, #AhmaudArbery for the church to make justice an everyday part of it ministry. Jesus did that daily!
